Scary Berry

This is very freaky to me, what about you?

Archer went to get the strawberries from our patch and he found this freaky little item. It looks like the berry has gone to seed and the seeds on the outside of the berry have turned into leaves. I have never seen anything like it.

It's electrifyin'

Our cousin Madeline came to visit us for spring break. A little time on the trampoline and you get a new 'do.

Let Spring Break begin!

Our first day of Spring Break and we really went all out. I took the kids to McDonald's for lunch and we played with the Bob eyes from Monsters vs. Aliens.

We made a stop by Target to get a few more things for our trip to "Dizzywand". But, before we went to Target, we grabbed some dinner because I had a coupon. It was great and we saved some money too!

More March

I have slacked. Sorry.

Here is a little review of March. Archer finished a great basketball season. We are excited for the next go-round.

Our garden is planted and just going to provide enough to open a fruit stand on the road-side! Well, at least we have tulips.

We enjoyed the Luck O' the Irish.

Ridge got new glasses. Not only do they look cool for the 2 year old set, but, they match his flip flops. Very important to have McQueen from head to toe.

We traveled to St. George to remember Rob's Great Great Great Grandfather, Robert Gardner Jr. The Robert Gardner Jr. Commemoration Project committee put together a nice program in the St. George Tabernacle including a talk by Elder Jeffery R. Holland, he is a descendant of Robert Gardner also. After the program, the statue was unveiled in the roundabout in the center of town. We also had a great bar-b-que meal in the park next to the Tabernacle. The weather was great and we had a fun time exploring St. George and doing some shopping.

Robert Michael Gardner, Robert Gardner Jr. (in bronze), Archer Robert Gardner, Emma Grace Gardner, Robert John Gardner, and Ridge Robert Gardner. Golly Bob Howdy that's alotta Roberts!

We had fab-u-lous breadsticks at The Pizza Factory.

Rob's photog skills. This is a reflection from the car window while waiting for the gas to pump. Sidenote: We watched as a lady put plastic produce bags on her hands to pump her gas, there was also a bag on the pump. When she was done, she had her son pour water on her hands while she soaped up with bar soap from another bag. These are great efforts to 1) avoid germs or 2) avoid the smell of gasoline. Whatever the case, why didn't the son, teenage son, pump the gas?

The balance of the month I have spent sharpening my coupon/saving skills. I have taken pictures and recorded the savings I have earned but, I don't want to turn this into a savings blog but, the savings are GOOD!!
