Christmas Day

We all made it downstairs in a hurry to make sure we weren't skipped this year--some of may have been on the questionable list.  Success, we all received some wonderful things.

 

 After some playing and napping, we headed to the Jones house for more eating and gift giving.  This year was a little bit different; we adults decided to donate the money we would have spent on gifts to a family member that was struggling.  It was definitely a blessing to be able to give.  Our Christmas was still full and wonderful because really it's about who we are with and not what we get.  I hope that we are teaching our children how important it is to be with our families and it doesn't matter if we exchange gifts or not.
