I love family history. I have just finished scanning pictures of my dad's side of the family and I just love the old, old pictures. This is one of my favorites. I love the wheels on the wagon and the little dog looks like the RCA dog to me. I suppose that the 1930's still wasn't a time for smiling in pictures. My ancestors weren't pioneers but they sure have the stern look. Either that or they were cranky kids protesting pictures--something I am all too familiar with!
