Rite of passage?

Soon our Archer will be 10. We are talking double digits and it frankly is scary to think we are old enough to have a preteen and that in a very short time we will be the source of his frustration and embarassment. I bet our parents are loving watching from the sidelines! The further we get into this parenting thing, the more wisdom we find in the words our parents repeated and repeated and ...........................

Tonight Archer enjoyed his first Mowing of the Lawn. He did a great job and Dad did lots of instructing and guiding. With age comes more responsibility. Congratulations, Son!! (Way to pass on a chore, Rob.)

Send him our way. But only when he is not mouthy or acting like a pre-teen.

Mouthy is mostly saved for his parents!
